[LNH] [Meta] Branching out?

I was thinking of a couple of Internet-tacular areas that the LNH does
not yet cover, and wondered if anyone was interested in them.

Centralized LNH art/non-story-works site: I know there's a bunch
scattered around various pages, but how about a main repository for
such things?

LNH IRC channel: Okay, I'm guessing I'm the only one who constantly
has mIRC up, but...
