LNH/META: Notice of Psuedo-Reservation

Hey all,

I'm doing a miniseries with Sister State-the-Obvious, and so I'm sorta
kinda reserving her.  I mean, she's a very useful public domain
character, so go ahead and use her-- just be aware that I'm doing this
mini.  Nothing's really going to change, but I just didn't want anyone
to go and reserve her before I did. ;-)

First issue should be coming soon...
