     You'll want some sort of client.  Googling the string (MUSH client
Vista) got a lot of hits, you should be able to find something you can
install.  

     Dave Van Domelen, notes that TinyTIM has a very archaic codeset and
lacks a lot of the "normal" MUSH amenities like +finger or comchannels.
