There are some FAQs in the help section...

However, they seem to be written by people whose second
language is English...

It's not that difficult though....

At the top.. click on 'New Page'
drag it down to 'Create New Page'

Then it will ask you to give your page a name...
and for you to select edit mode...

I'd click this option ---
                         V

[WIKI-mode( edit with @wiki-rule . like-Wikipedia)]

Then click on the [create] button...

And you've got your new page....

As for editing pages... go to the top and click on [edit]
and drag it down to [edit page]...
