If you see a work or person that was snubbed you should probably 
nominate them.

And you probably also shouldn't assume that since something was 
nominated last year that it will be nominated again.  If you want to 
make sure that something gets nominated you'll need to nominate it 
yourself...

Persons or works that are already in the Hall for their category have an 
(*) before them.  You can nominate them for an appropriate category that 
they haven't been inducted into yet, but not for a category that they've 
already been inducted into.
