[LNH] Character request

I'd like to "borrow" two police officers to head up a homicide
investigation in the next issue of EASILY-DISCOVERED MAN.
Cookie Crumple, of course, is Tom's.  I believe Lovell Cruller
is Martin's, but I'm not sure.  Please let me know if you
have any objections/concerns/free stuff to give away.

(It's amazing how few police officers are identified by name in
LNH stories.  No wonder the city needs so many super-heroes...)
