"Is it ready?" Ultimate Ninja asked impatiently.

"One minor change," Doctor Stomper replied, tapping on a keyboard.

"This will affect the entire universe?"

Doctor Stomper looked uncomfortable. "Actually, it won't. I'm hoping the
language barrier will extend to the entire world, but likely only this
country. Maybe."

"Better than nothing. Activate it!"

"Now, this was quick and dirty, so I had to jettison a lot of words
under broad filters. We may not be able to do many things afterwards."

"Just get on with it."

Doctor Stomper pushed the button.
