When I did the RACCies, the tabulation was the least of my concerns --
heck, I did it in MS-Edit in the first year. Writing up a ceremony was
more troublesome, because I would often realize that I hadn't read
enough of the stories on RACC to make it entertaining, so I'd scramble
to read some of everything that seemed relevant.

I don't think I'd start running the RACCies again except under
duress. :)
