And it arrives so soon after that attack on the remaining NTBers.  I
guess the Guy In A Trenchcoat and the GIANT TALKING MONKEY ROBOT
PIRATES must've really thinned the ranks of the ninjas, and somebody's
trying to recruit minions.  Hmm, y'know, there may be a story in that...
