What I'm really enjoying about this series so far, beyond everything
else, is the obvious and unadulterated love of words on display.  Jamas
is very good, in the Alt. Riders and his other work, in choosing
exactly the right word, but in such a fashion that doesn't call
attention to itself.

The word love doesn't call attention to itself here, either, if only
because there's a perfectly natural in story reason for it, and because
that in story reason (the Wordinator) is a natural fit for the series
(Drabble Girl in 52 drabbles, which is a form of word play).
