And, for those who are interested, this collection is approx. 17000
words shorter than the originals-- about sixty-five percent of my
verbage has been cut.  Most of it is just depurpling of prose, but
there are some differences in the plot and its outcome between the TEB
and issues # 7 - 11.  I would like to say that, again, I consider these
TEBs to be the canonical NHOP.
