The strangest thing... I thought *I* posted an issue #23 yesterday, but
it never appeared... it revealed that everything going on was just a
clever ruse by the Authors to distract their characters from the fact
that they weren't being used all year and stop a revolt... Well, I
guess that was All A Dream[tm].
