[LNH/Meta] A story I've written....

Is about a totally new character.  Its a one-shot, taking place during
and just after Cauliflower the Chistmas Miracle Pooch.  I have come
across a few things I need some information about:

One, is there an LNH Canada?

Two, does the LNH a base of operations in Lan.sig?

As of now, I plan to have this lead into an ongoing series.  I'm going
to write the first two issues, then who knows.  If anyone wants a copy
I'll send you one so you can look it over, give comments, etc.
If I can come up with more, I'll post here.
