     Quick update: I went ahead and changed it to a Chinese/Tagalog creole
(which would happen with all the Chinese moving into territories the PRoC was
leaning on) and credited Martin in the notes.

     Dave Van Domelen, notes that a number of things about the whole Asian
situation are supposed to seem nonsensical...and will hopefully be resolved
satisfactorally in #60.
