[NNTP] New draft for COMPRESS (-01)

The draft expired on July, 30th 2010.
Wouldn't you plan on submitting it again?  It was in a very good shape!


Another question:  is there an author of a news client here who would like
to implement COMPRESS?  I would be happy to also implement it in INN (nnrpd
to begin with).
This way, we could test our implementations!
