Okay, sitting back and looking again I suppose that is the case.

* Should it be NEWNEWS or READER NEWNEWS (currently NEWNEWS is in the
  READER bundle of commands)?
* What do we want to do about NEWGROUPS (currently also in the READER
  bundle)?
