Oof, these extension names (and NOREADER, NOTRANSIT) are kinda making 
my head spin.  I think we should try to stick to non-negated names 
where possible.  Even something like:

TRANSIT YES
READER MODE-READER-REQUIRED
POST NO
NEWNEWS NO

would be less confusing, I think?
