[ietf-nntp] nntp-base formal grammar

I was trying to update the grammar in the authinfo doc last night, and 
realized there there isn't any type of "multi-part" command syntax in 
the base doc for commands like POST, IHAVE, STARTTLS or AUTHINFO. 
Should we have something like this?  If not, I can define AUTHINFO as a 
'command', but then how do I define the client responses?
