Sorry, I meant -01 draft.

Question:  What do we do if a server only supports PLAIN and EXTERNAL 
and a client does LIST EXTENSIONS prior to STARTTLS?  Do we advertise 
just "AUTHINFO" or "AUTHINFO SASL:" or ???
