The latest AUTHINFO draft has been out for a week now.  Any comments?

One thing that I noticed after looking at this again is that the
'response-x83-content' syntax element suggested by Clive might be
somewhat confusing since there is an existing 483 response which isn't
governed by this syntax.  Perhaps a better name would be
'response-sasl-content'?
