ietf-nntp Draft 20 pre-release 1

I have put Draft 20 pre-release 1 on my web site, at:

All comments welcome.

The outstanding issues, as far as I can see, are:
* Waiting for the new RFC number to replace 2279.
* Section 11.6 needs writing.
* Appendices C and D are new and need reviewing.
* Check which references should be normative v informative.
* Examples all need auditing.
* ABNF needs auditing.

However, I'll also go through my old mail to see if there's anything else.
