ietf-nntp Progress?

I see that the list traffic has stalled again.  Is there any progress on 
BASE, STARTTLS, and the as-yet unreleased AUTHINFO, STREAM?

I've been doing some code cleanup on the Cyrus NNTP server and was 
hoping to do an audit against some recent/close-to-production text.
