Which reminds me: LIST EXTENSIONS has a response code 402 meaning "server
has no extensions". This is equally well indicated by a 202 response
followed by an empty list, but the present text says that 402 SHOULD be
used.

This isn't really "temporary", and it's not really "failure" either. Why is
it there? Why is it recommended?
