I currently have a reference to Rob Robertson's writeup of Overview/NOV.

The existing URL <ftp://ftp.uu.net/networking/news/nntp/inn/faq-nov.Z>
no longer works, and the only thing Google offers me is:
<http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/historic-linux/distributions"slackware/2.1/usr/lib/news/tools.linux/faq-nov>

Can anyone come up with a better URL?
