So what's happening with the NNTP work?

* The last I-D *expired* 6 months ago.
* Apart from the SASL sideline, there's been nothing to the list since
  September.
* There's still a stack of issues to resolve in some way or another.

I had personal communication with Stan about the future of the work over
two months ago, but unless email has been lost the ball is in his court
on that.

Stan, are you out there? Would you like to say something?
