I'd say it's a SHOULD thing.  Anyone have any objections there?

Yes, it's the same data source as LIST ACTIVE.TIMES usually.

I think it's the same situation as with LIST ACTIVE.TIMES.  I don't really
have a strong opinion.  Existing practice is generally that it will only
pick up the groups added since the server is built.
