OK, given that HDR without any parameter means what I just said, would you
want the possibility of an explicit list as a fourth option? I can see a
problem if the list is very long because it might exceed the 512 limit.
LIST OVERVIEW.FMT gets around that by having a multiline response, but I
don't thin we can go that way with LIST EXTENSIONS (which is already
multiline for other reasons).
