Not particularly.  First off, it's "Demon's" news server, although I
happened to write it (something which I'm sure you're aware of) and
secondly, anything that requires opening up a whole slew of actual articles
is an absolute performance pig.  Tell you what, give me two streams, and
I'll (benignly, and with your knowledge) kill the respective nnrpd box.

You probably also knew that.  Usenet "scale" has moved on considerably since
development ceased on the NewsBorg.  Some things which are in there,
shouldn't be, and vice-versa.
