According to the archives:

- It was added for nn.
- Agent uses it, falling back to XHDR.
- It is used by tin 1.22 and trn 3.6.

I also note that our LISTGROUP is *not* the same as the historic LISTGROUP,
in that we allow it to be called with no group name argument.
