502 is "you are not authorized to do this"
503 is "no plans to implement this"
403 is "optional feature not available right this moment"
 
Hmm, I see that 502 is also used by some commands to mean "something 
broke". Do we have an incompatibilty here ? Do we want to give it two 
meanings in the generic section (4.1) or do we want to change one of them. 
Is there a problem here ?

Under what circumstances do real servers return 502 ?
