we have just to state it in the specs. Remember that the only case 
in which this could matter is when in a certain language there will be 
letters with diacritical which may be folded, and letters with diacritical
which have to be separated.

What is the *practical* issues given by this? Wildmat will be used just
for gross modifications, I think!
