ietf-nntp Current status of HDR?

Stan, could you fill us in on what you currently have for HDR?  I have
various nits to pick with what's in -13, most of which have previously
been raised by Clive or Charles, and I'm not sure whether I should be
proposing new text or if that would be duplicating work already in
progress.

Do you want new text based on the current draft, or do you already have
changes in progress that would indicate I should wait until that new text
is posted or a new draft is submitted?
