OK, but more to the point is what happened at the recent IETF meeting.

Were any decisions reached (eg regarding PAT) and what is the propgram of
work ahead of us? There is a large text by CLive on Wildmats waiting to be
incorporated (with a few minor suggestions by me). Is that going ahead?
