ietf-nntp Draft Update

Version 11 of the draft is almost ready for submission to the ID folks. I expect
to wrap it up in the next couple of days.

Here is a list is an incomplete list of planned changes:

The following sections from http://www.davros.org/nntp-texts have been
substantively encorporated into the draft:

	section 6, 10, 12 

Other sections may yet be included, but I am still working through them.

Anyway, once the draft is ready, I will update this list.

Also, I have requested a meeting slot in San Diego.
