Nope; that part is needed for INN for the wildmats in its configuration
files, but I don't immediately see a need for it to be exposed over
protocol.  The difference between @ and ! only comes in when you're making
a whole series of matches... it might arguably be useful for NEWNEWS, but
beyond that it would just be confusing.
