Correct.

At the moment, I have no firm opinion on the issue of using 480 vs 450
for the issue at hand, I have simply raised the point that 450 would
be 'undefined' by virtue of the lack of definition of what x5x actually
means.

If the documents are internally consistent, with (hopefully) no
ambiguities that could cause further server-vs-client author wars, then
that will be a truly excellent step in the right direction.
