ietf-nntp NNTP AUTH draft

I plan to do a revision of:
	draft-ietf-nntpext-auth-01.txt
after this IETF meeting.

I'll do a sanity check of the examples and error codes against the most
recent base spec, update the examples to use DIGEST-MD5, and update the
boilerplate text.  Are there any other open issues?
