ietf-nntp new draft of the NNTP spec released

foobar  = <all the stuff in the present wildmat before the '!' was added>

Do you think an explicit mention should be dictated for a wildmat whose first 
part is ! prepended?  I.e.:

!comp.*

should be interpretted as:

*,!comp.*
