It isn't, I was just worried that we were specifying something _new_
here, rather than something that's already implemented.  If both netscape
and Microsoft's servers interoperate here, then all we need to do is
document what they do.  And we've met the requirements for two independent
implementations.  Right?

Sounds like we have this done then.  What does your draft look like now?
