ietf-nntp IETF 41 summary -- Comments Welcome

As I remember it, the basic problem was that AUTHINFO GENERIC didn't look
enough like SASL and there was sentiment that it should look like SASL to
pass muster with IESG. Of course, I could be remembering this incorrectly.

I'd be delighted if folks would push this around a bit more on the list.
