ietf-nntp Exchange server NNTP question

starting the feed.

		hi all,

		  We are trying to get our exchange server to accept
incoming
		messages in the "IHAVE" mode i.e. trying to get our server
to 
		accept IHAVE from other servers. But for some reason, our 
		server is rejecting all articles. The articles do seem to
satisfy
		all RFC's. The articles are not already present on the
server. 
		Does authentication have to be preformed before ihave ?? 
		Has anyone faced a similar problem ?
