ietf-nntp IETF 40 meeting

There will be a meeting of NNTPEXT at IETF40. As soon as Ned and I know when
it will be in the schedule, we'll let you know. If someone believes that 
more than one session would be a good thing, please make your wishes known
on this mailing list and support your wishes with some solid reasoning on
how it will help us get the work done.
