ietf-nntp Another draft update

A new version of the NNTP spec document has been submitted to Internet
Drafts. This version only has minor changes to clean up some of the small
mistakes in the one released on September 1st. The changes are:

1. The expiration date on the last page had the wrong year.

2. The page numbering was wrong after page 29.

3. The email address for Clive D.W. Feather was wrong.

4. The NEWNEWS command date syntax said that there were only 6 digits when
there could be either 6 or 8.

5. The extension table lists AUTHINFO SIMPLE, when it should have listed
AUTHINFO GENERIC.

6. One of the examples for wildmat was missing an open square bracket.

7. One of the section references pointed at the wrong section.

8. In another section, AUTHINFO SIMPLE was referenced when it should have
read just AUTHINFO.
