ietf-nntp ATTN: WG chairs - trying to get a current status

looking at some of the postings in the last couple of
months, I have been trying to figure out where we are
in the standards process, and at which stage of the
NNTP-EXT WG charter we are at.

Is there any way the chairs could give us a brief recap
and list any ongoing problems that we need to solve?
