ietf-nntp Issues with Latest extensions draft

Regarding AUTHINFO GENERIC:

	- second paragraph: INN 1.4x sends a "480" for authentication required,
	  not 380.  This is consistent with AUTHINFO USER/PASS.  I believe
	  this is true for nntp 1.5.x as well, but I haven't checked it
	  recently (or INN1.5).
