... Good question!  I'm sure Atlantis *had* a Doom Creature, until it 
actually got doomed.

There are sentient beings which live there still, and you can find them 
if you dig really really deep into my stories.  (Enter "Subhuman" in the 
Google search tool inside any of the Powernaut-related webpages.) 
However, I don't think they have a concept of Doom or Higher Powers.
