Okay. The main reason for a split was to stop it getting too big. Since it
appears to result in charter problems, and nobody commented previously that
they liked the split, I'll just drop it.

As for TLS and AUTHINFO, I can drop them in whenever we're ready, or we can
keep them as separate documents. That doesn't need to be decided yet.
